3. New vibrating level switch
We are expanding our product portfolio to include the vibrating level switch from the TLS product series. This can be used universally for all liquids and is particularly suitable as overflow and dry run protection for pumps, containers and pipelines.
The new vibrating level switch guarantees stable and reliable level detection without interference from flow, bubble formation, vibrations, build-up or solids in the medium.
It is available in the standard version for the process industry with optional explosion protection (TLS-S), for compact applications (TLS-C) and for hygienic applications for food & pharma (TLS-H).

5. SF6 competence training next year
Since sustainable and responsible handling of SF6 gas is important, due to its impact on the climate, EU Regulation (EU) 517/2014 stipulates training for people who carry out work in connection with this gas.
WIKA enables you to complete a specialist training course and subsequent examination in just two days, familiarising you with the practical knowledge, the applicable regulations and the operation of the equipment. The aim of the training is to prepare you for the correct handling of potent greenhouse gases and to avoid incorrect gas handling.

6. Advantages of in-situ calibration using the example of pressure switches
In-situ calibration offers a number of advantages. This is why it is also suitable for numerous industrial processes. The instruments remain installed and the processes do not have to be opened. This not only saves time and expense in testing, but also eliminates potential errors when reinstalling the instruments after calibration in the laboratory.
