WIKA participation in trade shows in 2022

1. WIKA participation in trade shows in 2022

This year, once again, the Corona pandemic still has us firmly in its grip and numerous trade shows had to be cancelled or postponed.

We are pleased that in 2022, as things are now, we will be able to welcome you to Expo-Lounges in Karlsruhe (08 – 10 Feb), MSR special trade show in Frankfurt (23 Mar), Achema in Frankfurt (04 – 08 Apr) and Anuga FoodTec in Cologne (26 – 29 Apr).

This year, you were also able to see our new format in digital form at the Hannover Messe, which we will continue next year from 25 – 29 Apr 2022.

We look forward to your visit.

New differential pressure transmitter for the measurement and monitoring of flow and level

2. New differential pressure transmitter for the measurement and monitoring of flow and level

As a SIL-2 certified instrument, the new DPT-20 meets the highest safety requirements. The compact transmitter operates with an accuracy of <±0.065 % of span and delivers a reliable measuring result, even with unfavourable ambient conditions. With measuring ranges between -10 ... +10 mbar and -16 ... +16 bar, it is designed for a static pressure of up to 400 bar.

Its turndown function enables very flexible use and thus economical stock-holding. Three communication protocols are available for integration into existing systems.

Instrumentation valves and mounting accessories

3. Instrumentation valves and mounting accessories

WIKA is a reliable supplier of valves and instrumentation with appropriate accessories. We support you in the selection of the correct components for your application. WIKA doesn't just offer an extensive selection of instrumentation valves and accessories, but rather, also the assembly of different individual components into a complete measuring arrangement (instrument hook-up).

We are pleased to offer you our valves with certification for fugitive emissions, in fire-safe designs or with tamper-proof, lockable handles. This offers safety for the user, the plant and the environment.

You can find further information in the new edition of our brochure.

Turndown with process transmitters

4. Turndown with process transmitters

What is meant by the turndown with process transmitters? How can the turndown be set and what are its advantages?

Watch our latest video for more information on the turndown function (also known as “span adjustment”) and its advantages in the field of electronic pressure measurement.

Pressure sensor module for industrial applications

5. Pressure sensor module for industrial applications

The new MTF-1 pressure sensor module is a simple and flexible option for integrating pressure measurement into a wide variety of applications. The pressure value is digitally processed in the module and output as a standardised digital or analogue signal. Thus, it delivers precise data for applications with pressures of up to 1,000 bar and can be easily adapted to the requirements of the respective application thanks to individual configuration of the process connection and electrical connection.

The MTF-1 is designed for energy-saving operation thanks to its low basic energy consumption and low-consumption sleep mode. This makes the module particularly suitable for battery-operated solutions, ensures long cycles between battery changes and thus reduces maintenance costs.
